Six weeks after one of the most terrifying crashes of the Moto3 season, the young rider returns to the camera to reassure his fans. Just a month and a half after the violent accident he suffered during the Malaysian Grand Prix at Sepang, Swiss rider Noah Dettwiler wanted to send a strong message to his fans worldwide: he's not giving up and he's fully committed to his recovery.

The crash that occurred at the start of the race weekend, during a formation lap before the official start, sent shockwaves throughout the paddock. The collision with Jose Antonio Rueda had been so brutal that the two pilots had to be evacuated by helicopter to a hospital in Kuala Lumpur, after Dettwiler had slowed down due to a possible mechanical problem and that Wheel, not having seen him, had crashed into the back of his motorcycle at high speed.

This crash was marked by the severity of the injuries Dettwilerwhose team had announced that he would need to undergo several operations.

It's a true miracle that Dettwiler was able to return home so quickly after an accident that initially required intensive care and multiple surgeries. The encouragement the Swiss driver received wasn't limited to fans: paddock drivers—including names like Marc Marquez ou fabio quartararo — also commented with affection and support under her Instagram post.

He has been making progress in rehabilitation for several weeks now, away from the circuits but surrounded by his loved ones, and is now aware that the road to a full recovery will be long. His video message clearly underlines this: he is not yet ready to return to the track, but he is doing better and is following the plan established with his medical team.

The Sepang crash remains one of the most traumatic moments of the 2025 Moto3 season. The crash not only resulted in serious injuries, but also... Dettwiler, But also Jose Antonio Ruedawho had been hospitalized with fractures to his hand and significant contusions.
