The 2019 GP season hasn't really started yet, but test dates for 2019 and even 2020 are already set.

The Grand Prix Commission, Dorna, the FIM and the IRTA have indeed published and confirmed the dates of the official MotoGP tests for the next twelve months. Today, the first free practices begin on the international circuit of losail, but fans can already make some important appointments. For example the 28 and 29 August, dates during which an official MotoGP test is planned on the world circuit of Misano, Marco Simoncelli, who will host the San Marino Grand Prix in September.

It is even possible that a test for the test teams of manufacturers involved in MotoGP will take place this year at the new Kymiring in Finland. But the KTM rider, Mika Kallio, doubts that the track will be passable in summer.

Like the previous year, there will be a two-day MotoGP test in 2019 at the Circuit de Jerez-Angel Nieto. It will be for November 25 and 26.

In 2020, the action will begin at the shakedown test in Malaysia (February 2-4), which is usually only attended by test teams. The official IRTA MotoGP tests will take place from February 7 to 9, 2020 at the international circuit of Sepang.
