As every year, a new banner adorns our Facebook page, and current news from MotoGP shows us that it is now time to unveil the 2025 illustration.
The 2024 edition, still in place, showed last winter what seemed to us to be the suspense of the year, and indeed Jorge Martin, Francesco Bagnaia et Marc Marquez arrived in this order in the final ranking. We should have bet with the bookmakers…
The 2025 opus does not prefigure any ranking but illustrates in our eyes the main question mark of this season: how will the cohabitation between Francis Bagnaia et Marc Marquez within the Ducati Lenovo Team? For the moment, of course, we are on cloud nine, as part of a Dream Team fielding the best machine. In an ideal world, Bagnaia and Marquez could form a team where each learns from the other, exchanging race strategies, bike setups and riding techniques. This could lead to an overall improvement in the team's performance level, which would undoubtedly monopolize the top two places.
But a driver is always a man who is convinced that he is better than his neighbour, and with two strong personalities and impressive track records, there could, there should, be friction and tension within the team, potentially affecting the group dynamic. Has Gigi Dall'Igna opened Pandora's box?
Anyway, we are looking for a title or slogan to complete our banner created, as in previous years, by the talented Christophe who is behind Graphics Engines. Don't hesitate to entrust him with the task of creating a logo, a poster, an illustration or a mechanical caricature for you!
