MotoGP: No vacation for Valentino Rossi who will defend his chances at the “100 km dei campioni 2018”

The MotoGP season has barely ended a few hours ago when Valentino Rossi gathers his troops and his fans for the now traditional “100 km of champions” at his MotoRanch in Tavullia.

As usual, the 5th edition will take place behind closed doors and we do not know the exact list of participants (almost all the pilots of the VR46 Riders Academy will participate), nor the schedule, nor even the possibilities of access for those who will be on site this weekend (see our report on the possibilities of access to MotoRanch here).

For most fans, it will therefore be to follow on social networks, as the announcement of the event was published “everything is ready for the 5th edition of the MotoRanch Champions 100 km”.

As a reminder, during the last edition, Franco Morbidelli et Mattia Pasini had preceded Valentino Rossi who ran with his half-brother Luca marini, a crew which, despite a few falls, had managed to come back and overtake the duo formed by Lorenzo Baldassarri et Danilo Petrucci. In fourth position, we found Francis Bagnaia et Stefano Manzi (see the summary here).

During the'Americana , the “American race”, run on Saturday on the oval track, Franco Morbidelli stood on the podium, with Mattia Pasini et Lorenzo Baldassarri.
