MotoGP Netherlands J2, Marco Bezzecchi (Aprilia Q5/S3): "When I overtook Fabio Quartararo, I went like crazy"

Marco Bezzecchi achieved his first Sprint podium of the season in the Netherlands. Following his surprise victory at Silverstone, the Italian is showing progress on the Aprilia RS-GP. He was fast at Mugello, and this time, he showed his teeth in qualifying, which is one of his weak points. The battle with Fabio Quartararo was cut short by the latter's fall. « When I overtook Quartararo, I charged like crazy and got closer to Alex Marquez, but then I lost ground. » he added.

 

 

Tomorrow, Bezzecchi expects a very difficult race, especially in terms of tire management. « Tomorrow it will be a management race, a long raceWe will try to do well, but it will be difficult.
