“Bastianini had a two-year contract with Ducati. The first year with the official Lenovo team and the option for the second year which expired on August 30. The decision to stay with the factory team or go to Pramac was up to Ducati. As a manager, we are waiting for an official legal document confirming that a letter with the contract has been sent. Next season, in 2024, he will therefore be part of the Lenovo team.”
