The Misano test last August made the retired Spaniard, test rider for KTM, shine. Having lost none of its splendor, Dani Pedrosa, was the fastest of all the KTM riders, taming the beautiful Orange over 96 laps. He thus delights the KTM team, starting with its technical director, Sébastien Risse who says of him that he is “ the driver of the situation on the development of the RC16 engine and its electronic part » and specifying that “ the 2020 bike was in good hands with Dani Pedrosa. »

The KTM team is currently working on a tight schedule with its rider John Zarco who will leave the ship at the end of the season. The Frenchman believes that the progress obtained by the former Honda Repsol driver will not arrive in time, at least for him. Considering the good results obtained by his teammate, Pol Espargaro, whose best places this season are sixth and seventh at Le Mans and in Catalonia, Pete Beirer who is not used to using wooden language declared, responding to the Nice pilot on speedweek :
