From this delicate exercise which will take place in fifteen minutes, only two drivers will be selected to continue the adventure in a Q2 which will determine the best places on the starting grid for this San Marino Grand Prix. Cal Crutchlow, Danilo Petrucci and even Johann Zarco are there, but not only that, which promises us a merciless battle...

It's 25,5 degrees in the air and 40 degrees on the track.

The Ducati have not been in their best form since the start of the weekend. Alone Michele Pirro seems to be doing well, seeming to be most comfortable on the Desmosedici.

There are twelve drivers setting off for Q1: Zarco, Oliveira, Crutchlow, Bagnaia, Mir, Petrucci, A.Espargaró, Rabat, Iannone, Abraham, Lorenzo and Syahrin. Only two drivers will enter Q2,

It is  zarco who signs the best provisional time of the session in 1.33.637s.

The KTM rider is taken over by Mir, the Suzuki driver, his lap time is 1.33.485s. Miller, riding the Ducati, comes to position himself second with a time in 1.33.571s.

Iannone does not participate in this session, he suffers from his shoulder following his fall in FP4. He went to the medical center for consultation.

One minute from the end of the session, zarco takes the best time in 1.33.147s before Mir.

The two drafted for Q2 are Johann zarco et Joan mir.
