With the first four less than a tenth of a second behind, qualifying promises to be intense but, in the meantime, the 24 drivers have 30 minutes to make their final choice regarding tires and fine-tune their bikes in racing condition.

To fabio quartararo, we can bet that he will also use this track time once again to cover the Long Lap which he will have to complete tomorrow in the race...

The rest, we will find out now, during this session which will take place under a clear sky with temperatures of 20° in the air and 41° on the asphalt. Let's now enjoy these few live moments thanks to the official website MotoGP.com :

When the red lights go out... we don't change a winning strategy, in this case that of holding on for the official Yamaha team, and Franco Morbidelli sets off first on the track, fabio quartararo the last.

In terms of pneumatics, almost all options are available…

We note that Johann zarco uses the Godzilla fins, which seem to prove their effectiveness in providing a little support on the rear axle to replace the swingarm spoon. Jack Miller et Luca marini use them too.

A large blue smoke emerges from the exhausts of the Raúl Fernandez.

Aleix Espargaró registered the first reference in 2'00.024 in front fabio quartararo at the end of the first flying round.

Unfortunately, on the following lap, the Catalan driver suffered a very big fall at turn #12 and remained lying at the side of the track. He is then evacuated conscious on a stretcher.

Meanwhile, Miguel Oliveira took charge of operations in 1'59.297 ahead Jack Miller et Maverick Vinales.

While Johann zarco returns to his box plagued by mechanical problems, Jack Miller takes the lead in 1'59.106 ahead Miguel Oliveira et fabio quartararo.

Aleix Espargaró goes to the medical center, standing but supported by two mechanics.

He came out shortly after, declared fit.

Takaaki Nakagami makes a mistake at turn #13 without seriousness.

At mid-session, the hierarchy is made up of Jack Miller, Miguel Oliveira, Fabio Quartararo, Brad Binder, Maverick Viñales, Marco Bezzecchi, Jorge Martin, Álex Rins, Aleix Espargaró, Remy Gardner, Takaaki Nakagami, Enea Bastianini, Luca Marini, Alex Márquez, Stefan Bradl, Franco Morbidelli, Johann Zarco , Pol Espargaró, Francesco Bagnaia, Darryn Binder, Joan Mir, Andrea Dovizioso, Fabio Di Giannantonio and Raúl Fernández. Undoubtedly, the KTMs have found something…

In the wake, Johann zarco goes back to sixth and then fourth position.

Six minutes from the checkered flag, Maverick Vinales takes command in 1'59.055, a time immediately beaten by Johann zarco in 1'59.005.

Darryn binder loses control of his Yamaha in turn #14, without seriousness.

Despite already having two falls this weekend, John Zarco don't give up... while Fabio Quartararo visibly working for the race.
