Already spring yesterday for a first day of private testing bringing together among others Stefan Bradl on the RC213V, Dani Pedrosa on the RC16, Aleix Espargaró and Lorenzo Savadori with 2020 and 2021 RS-GPs, the temperatures rose another notch this Tuesday allowing an overall improvement in the times.

At the end of this second of the three planned days, it is Aleix Espargaró, only 7/1000 from Stefan bradl yesterday, who achieved the best time in 1'37.747. The Catalan driver has therefore already proven to be faster after 42 laps than during his best qualifying in 2020, where he achieved 1'37.885.

In a black and white livery, the Aprilia official uses a 2021 RS-GP whose new features or new colors are carefully hidden... we are still talking, at least, of a new fairing but the developments are probably not stopping not here.

Aleix Espargaró : " First laps on the 2021 prototype, positive feeling but still a lot of work to do! »

Behind him, in 1'38.289, we find yesterday's fastest man, Stefan bradl, who thus improved his time by almost 7 tenths having completed no less than 77 laps!

Improvement also for Dani Pedrosa in 1'38.607 against 1'39.209 the day before. “Little samurai”, who has a turn named after him on the Andalusian track, completed 50 laps.

Mika Kallio, already on site, will take the helm of the 16 RC2021 this Wednesday.

Lorenzo Savadori is credited with a 1'39.869, plagued by shoulder pain.

In addition to these MotoGP riders, we also found on the circuit Alvaro Bautista et Leon Haslam for the HRC in Superbike.
