Jack Miller

Jack Miller finished the second day of testing in Qatar with the eleventh fastest time, but despite this he is satisfied with the work accomplished and the progress made with his KTM. He focused his efforts on aerodynamics and settings, managing to find a satisfactory compromise for race pace.

Jack Miller expresses his satisfaction with the current position of his team and his bike to start the season. He highlights the small improvements that still need to be made, but says he is confident about the competitiveness of his bike: “The last day at Losail was positive and I am quite happy with where we are with the bike. I think we are in a good position to start the season. I feel great and can't wait to get back here to do it all for real.

Although the times of the leading drivers were impressive, Miller remains happy with his own performance and the adjustments made. He achieved a total of 112 laps during the two days of testing, thus contributing to the analysis and development of the bike: “ times were crazy once again, 'Pecco' ran in 1'50... I'm quite happy with where we are. We've made some set-up changes and I think we're in line to start the season ».

MotoGP | Qatar Test Day 2, Miller: “We have a very competitive bike”

Jack Miller: “ pilots are never happy! »

“JackAss” adds: “ I think we are where we need to be. We can still play in small areas. Pilots are never happy! I am quite satisfied with the attack on the clock. Conditions were difficult outside the racing line; if you make a mistake, it's difficult to leave with dirty tires. It was a good test. We worked very well this winter and I think we have a competitive bike. ».

Francesco Guidotti, the team manager, confirms the progress made by the team compared to previous tests at Qatar, noting a visible improvement in lap times. He also expresses confidence that the team will be ready for the first race of the season and will be able to compete with the other teams: “ we have taken a step forward from the last time we were here” he said. " This can be seen in the lap times. We still need a little more, but we are on the right track. We are working and we can see the improvements. Winter testing was good. The overall pace was below the lap record in both tests. We are there too. We will be ready and we must keep our promises » he finishes.
