Nothing is lost for the Grand Prix of France of MotoGP. Even if you still have to wait before packing your backpack and getting on your motorbike to head towards Sarthe and the good town of Mans. The organizer’s official press release reads as follows…

« Dorna and the FIM are currently working on the development of a new 2020 calendar in which the SHARK Helmets Grand Prix de France could be included, which we greatly hope. »

“As organizer of the French round of the MotoGP World Championship initially scheduled for this week, we continue to work to be able to organize the SHARK Helmets French Grand Prix 2020 at Le Mans in the first half of October. »

A reasonable hope but without certainty

“This option remains to be confirmed in the coming weeks and we hope for a positive development in the health situation despite the uncertainty which currently looms for high-volume events, having regard to compliance with the rules imposed by the government. »

“We are fully aware of the unpredictability of the future but we remain realistic and positive. It is reasonable to have hope but also not to have certainty."
