It is Jorge Martin who will start from pole position for the Grand Prix of the Comunitat Valenciana MotoGP class, 20th and final stage of the 2022 World Championship scheduled for Sunday in Valencia. The Pramac Team driver took the lead with his Desmosedici GP22 with a time of 1'9.621, a performance which allowed him to beat Marc Marquez by 0.205s over the Honda factory and his brand companion Jack Miller by 0.213s.

To Martin, this is the third consecutive pole, the fifth of the season, the ninth in MotoGP. And this is the 16th pole of the season for Ducati out of 20 occasions given. The second line is for one Fabio Quartararo extraordinary, who despite a bike below the competitors is fourth, 0,279s from the top. Remember that “El Diablo” is obliged to win to access the title, with bagnaia who should not do better than 15th.

In second row with #20 from the house of three tuning forks, we also find alex rins with the Suzuki and Maverick Vinales with the Aprilia, the latter two coming from Q1. Pecco Bagnaia will start from the third row, in eighth place, between the KTM of Brad Binder and the Ducati Pramac of Johann Zarco.

Third final place not guaranteed for Enea Bastianini in Valencia

Fourth line for Aleix Espargaró (Aprilia), Luca marini (Ducati Mooney VR46 Racing Team) and Joan mir (Suzuki). It will be a difficult race for Enea Bastianini, who failed to pass Q1, just like Franco Morbidelli (Yamaha).

The best rookie is Marco Bezzecchi (Ducati Mooney VR46 Racing Team) 18th, followed by Fabio DiGiannantonio (Ducati Gresini) 19th, Remy gardner (KTM Team Tech3) 20th, Raul Fernandez (KTM Team Tech3) 23nd and Darryn Binder (Yamaha WithU RNF) 24th.
