Álex Márquez invites you to follow him in his recovery, one month after his heavy crash at the Catalan GP.

A little over a month ago, Alex Marquez crashed spectacularly during the Grand Prix MotoGP from Catalonia. Absent from the circuits since, he was suffering from a fracture of the right clavicle, for which he had been immediately operated on, as well as a slight fracture of the cervical vertebra C7, which did not require intervention but a lot of rest.

He offers a true immersion into his daily life, between scenes of life at home, at breakfast, with his girlfriend and his dog, and shots of his gradual return to training, in which he explains that several weeks of inactivity have inevitably led to a loss of tone, particularly in his affected shoulder.

We also follow him during a session with his physiotherapist, where he is pursuing a program focused on movement recovery and muscle strengthening.

Beyond the sporting aspect, these images primarily allow us to discover a Alex Marquez smiling, relaxed and determined to return to competition quickly.

Last year, the Czech Republic Grand Prix was a difficult one for him, with a 17th place finish in the sprint race and a DNF on Sunday. While the Brno track hadn't particularly suited him, this time he won't be at 100% either, and is therefore preparing to endure a particularly challenging Grand Prix.
