As we told you yesterday, the news was made official this morning; Fabio Quartararo has signed with Sito Pons' Paginas Amarillas HP 40 team for 2017.
It should be noted, however, that the press release only refers to 2017, and that nothing has yet been made official for 2018 by the structure which has already driven Aleix Espargaró, Pol Espargaró, Maverick Viñales and Alex Rins.
However, the contract would cover 2 years + an additional year.
