This time, it's done. Yonny Hernandez has definitely lost all hope of keeping his Ducati at Aspar and continuing his path in MotoGP. The fault is Karel Abraham who returns among the elite to find a Desmosedici that he likes.

A 125cc rider in 2005, in Moto2 in 2007 where he scored a victory in 2010 just before his move to MotoGP, the Czech has fond memories of the Ducati. It is in fact with her that he obtained his best results in the premier category with two seventh places. One in 2011 at Silverstone and the other at Valencia in 2012. Otherwise, in the championship, he has never done better than fourteenth.

Having left for a season in Superbike after finding himself without opportunities at the end of last season, Karel Abraham returns, without having impressed with his results this year: “ I am very happy to be back in MotoGP. I started working on this opportunity as soon as I knew it existed. I am very happy to find the Ducati which is my favorite motorcycle. I remember my first season with her, which was also my best. It is an honor to be part of such a professional team. With her and Ducati, I think we will do great things together. In any case, I sincerely hope so. ».

Karel Abraham will have a Ducati GP15 while his teammate Álvaro Bautista will ride a GP16.
