Italian mini-moto manufacturer Ohvale has made huge strides in 2021.The brand has become the sole supplier of the FIM MiniGP, establishing a new foray for young riders aspiring to the ranks of MotoGP. Also, 2022 sees the introduction of EVO versions for two of the Venetian brand's most popular models used in competition: the GP-0 160 and the GP-0 110 4S. The developments, common to both models, include general refinements which improve the technical component of the vehicle.

With the GP-0 110 4S Evo and GP-0 160 Evo, Ohvale maintains the performance but tailors its low-capacity options with adult-friendly ergonomics and a revised chassis. All these developments are the fruit of the work carried out in 2021, therefore of the experience on the GP-2 but also of the close partnership with Dell'Orto. It all starts with ergonomics, which becomes more welcoming for adults with the revision of the saddle/footrest/handlebar triangle thanks to and the modification of the position of the footrests (with new supports), a new rear cover/tank more wide which retracts the rider's position, while providing better knee grip and better support when braking.

Of course, to provide a more spacious cockpit, Ohvale engineers had to lengthen the tubular steel trellis frame. As a result, the wheelbase now extends to 1500 mm. The handlebars have also been moved forward. To improve balance and corner exit, Ohvale also lowered the engine position and adjusted the swingarm pivot.

The fork is also different, now with a stroke of 70mm and equipped with solid machined feet integrating the radial caliper support and with the wheel axle in the axle. So many changes which allow more effective braking and which also bring benefits in terms of stability in a straight line and over distance.

The Evo variants still sport the 113,3 cc and 155,5 cc single-cylinders found in the standard GP-3 0 and GP-110 0.
