225 HP AND 165 Kg, it is one of the lightest and most powerful motorcycles, and the first to be equipped with a gearbox with neutral below first gear.

Developed by Aprilia Racing, holder of 54 world titles, the RSV4 X was born with the sole aim of offering maximum performance on the track.

Commemorative version built to celebrate ten years since the birth of the first model, the 10 RSV4 X left in a few hours.

Exclusively unveiled on March 23 on the Mugello circuit during Aprilia All Stars, the Aprilia brand celebration which saw the participation of more than 10 enthusiasts, the Aprilia RSV000 X is developed by Aprilia Racing around the base of the RSV4 4 Factory.

Once the online reservation was opened on factoryworks.aprilia.com, it only took a few hours before the 10 gems of Italian production sold for 39.900 euros. The ten lucky buyers will come and collect their motorcycles directly from Aprilia Racing, the Noale racing department opening its doors especially for the occasion.

The department's racing experience has been fully exploited to lighten the Aprilia RSV4 X and achieve an exceptional dry weight of 165 kg. Aprilia Racing has selected a series of sophisticated and lightweight components, such as the carbon fairing decorated with special graphics inspired by the livery of the Aprilia RS-GP MotoGP 2019, or a lighter tank. Another obvious sporty element is the control panel which allows adjustment of the RSV4 X's main electronic controls.

The inimitable 4 cc V1100 engine is prepared directly by Aprilia Racing, the most advanced platform of the Piaggio Group for the development of technology applied first to racing motorcycles and then to production models. This special preparation involves manual assembly and adjustment of all tolerances, as is the case with competition engines. The timing system is also revised, with the adoption of new intake camshafts, new springs and valve return caps, as well as new tappets with rounded cups which allow the use of more aggressive cam profiles , derived from SBK.

The Akrapovic exhaust system is equipped with titanium headers and a carbon outlet, while the air filter has been replaced by a Sprint Filter element offering the highest permeability among those available on the market (while being waterproof ), the same unit that Aprilia Racing uses in MotoGP. Electronic tuning is guaranteed by specific mapping of the computer, with dedicated track settings. These components ensure an increase in maximum power, from an already excellent 217 hp for the standard model to the 225 hp of the RSV4 in neutral located below the first gear which accelerates the change from first to second, and prevents any gear change error. A solution which arises directly from Aprilia's experience in SBK and MotoGP and which is available for the very first time on a model on public sale.

Another world first is the Brembo braking system, the company having chosen the Aprilia RSV4 and are controlled by a 4×19 bar radial pump.
