The first part of the 12 Hours of the Gulf, following gearbox problems in the #720 McLaren 33S of the 2 Seas Motorsport team, left the suspense intact at the start of the last 6 hours of racing, with the first 6 cars holding each other in less than two laps.

Among them, the Ferrari 488 GT3 #46 of the Kessel Racing team driven by Valentino Rossi, Luca Marini and Alessio Salucci was in 5th position, a little more than a lap behind the leader: a more than honest performance for the trio of Italians immersed in the world of automobiles!

In the second part of the race, the drivers of the #488 Ferrari 3 GT46 gave their all, without making the slightest mistake and fighting tooth and nail, as shown in the following images of the #67 Porsche taking a lap of advance to the VR46 team…

But despite this great combativeness, it was said that, second after second and after no incident disrupted the 6 hours of racing, the #720 McLaren 33S, the #67 Porsche and the #3 Mercedes AMG proved to be very slightly faster than the blue and yellow #46 Ferrari.

In the end and after 339 laps, only 2 minutes separate the latter from a podium already acquired last year, undoubtedly logically to be attributed to the slowest of the three Italians.

The men of the VR46 still got on the podium, but that of the Pro Am category.
