Max Biaggi said he would return to the track again. And he kept his word. Yesterday, Saturday January 4, 2019, the six-time world champion drove the Aprilia RSV4 X for a few laps on the Sepang track. Obviously, no ambition for competition, it was a simple exhibition organized at the initiative of the Malaysian branch of Aprilia. But seeing the Corsaro on track always produces a great effect, even now that Max Biaggi is 48 years old.

SEPANG IN THE HEART
Max Biaggi officially retired in 2012 as World Superbike Champion (for the second time). But in 2015 he made two fleeting appearances, always in the World Championship of motorcycles derived from the series: he twice finished sixth at Misano, while at Sepang he took a resounding third place, returning to the competition on the Aprilia RSV4 like in the past. In race 2, Biaggi crashed at the first corner, following contact with Tom Sykes: without this disadvantage, who knows what he could have done...
