As we reported to you, Ducati rented the Jerez circuit for three days to have the press test the new Panigale V4 2022.
With its 4° Desmosedici Twin Pulse V90 of 1103 cc which develops 215 hp at 13 rpm, a counter-rotating crankshaft, a gearbox which takes up the staging of that of the V000 R of Superbike, the controls of traction, gliding, engine braking and wheeling, an Akrapovic titanium line, a bidirectional shifter, Brembo Stylema brakes, fins providing 4 kg of downforce at 37 km/h and a few other treats that can be completed with the S version equipped with forged aluminum rims, a Lithium battery and semi-active Öhlins Smart EC 300 suspensions, the latest production from Borgo Panigale is not far from a MotoGP adapted to the road!
This is why Ducati asked Johann zarco et George Martin to put the leather back on, to show the journalists present how to use the beast. It's a shame that we don't have precise times to compare with MotoGP, but with slicks the gap must be close to 3 seconds per lap. We will try to ask the person concerned…

Sounds about right. Alex Lowes did 42.8 on a bog stock R1M on slicks at the 2020 model launch, summer 2019. Production bikes are incredible now… https://t.co/TeLPZpCHLv
