Cal Crutchlow: “I knew we couldn't change to the slick front tire because we never had it ready on the other bike, so I thought about evaluating the intermediate and at least being able to go to the end and make a faster lap with the slick. It didn't work very well and it's my fault because I should have been on slicks and followed the good instinct I had at the start of the session. This isn't normal for me because I'm normally a guy to put slicks first, so here I made a mistake. But I'm happy because the team did a great job this weekend, they worked hard and it wasn't an easy weekend for anyone, even for the people who are out in the cold rain. We appreciate the support and hope we can reward them with a good race tomorrow. »
