Only 500 models of this exceptional machine will be produced in Borgo Panigale, which makes the Ducati Superleggera V4 a fairly exclusive motorcycle – and that's before you go for the WorldSBK Experience or even MotoGP Experience packages, which allow you to test these even more exclusive motorcycles during a few laps of the track. For this you will have to pay €100.000 for the purchase.

With the racing exhaust, the Superleggera V4 offers a 233 hp (174 kW) engine, and Ducati quotes a dry weight of 152,2 kg.

The great strengths of the Ducati Superleggera V4 are its aerodynamics inspired by MotoGP, which creates 50kg of downforce at 270km/h, as well as its massive use of carbon fiber. It is also the only production motorcycle approved for the road with a carbon fiber frame.

Other composite elements include the fairings, wheels and swingarm. Other exclusive parts are Öhlins suspension components (with a titanium spring at the rear), Pirelli tires and Brembo Stylema R calipers.

In case a day on the track with a production motorcycle close to the performance of a fully carbon fiber Superbike is not in your budget, these photos taken at the Mugello circuit during the press presentation will allow you to enjoy the superb Ducati Superleggera V4.
