RACE 1: VICTORY FOR PEUGEOT / PEUGEOT AND OVATION FOR REEVES / ROUSSEAU

While the leading crew, REEVES / ROUSSEAU, suffered a technical problem before the warm-up lap and had to start from the pits, PEUGEOT / PEUGEOT and LEGLISE / LAVOREL took advantage of the opportunity to widen the gap in the start of the race on their first pursuers BARBIER / RIGONDEAU and GUIGNARD / POUX.

As for him, REEVES / ROUSSEAU begins a spectacular comeback from the back of the table while the duo PEUGEOT / PEUGEOT – LEGLISE / LAVOREL puts on a show for the top position. However, after 3 rounds, the multiple world champion is already at 3rd rank with a pace which seems sufficient to join the leading duo…

In 8rd turn, REEVES / ROUSSEAU reached his objective and surprised LEGLISE / LAVOREL then set off to chase PEUGEOT / PEUGEOT who was then a little more than 6 seconds behind the World Champion.

A dramatic turn of events with 3 rounds of the checkered flag! The raising of a red flag by the Race Direction puts an end to the debates. It is therefore PEUGEOT / PEUGEOT which is essential. At the cost of great efforts and following an unexpected comeback, REEVES / ROUSSEAU finished second ahead of LEGLISE / LAVOREL.

BARBIER / RIGONDEAU and GUIGNARD / POUX, for their part, rank respectively 4rd and 5rd.

In F2, CHANAL / LAVOREL holds the reins of the category from start to finish and stands out ahead of CROCHEMORE / PICQUOIN and LEBLOND / DOUANE CHAZELLE.
