Immerse yourself in the world of Handi Sport Moto through the documentary “Rouler pour vivre” produced by Puzzle Media in partnership with the FFM and the National Sports Agency. During the 2021 season, their cameras followed 4 heroes who chose to overcome their handicap and get back on a motorcycle to compete. A real life lesson!

Stéphane Paulus, Kevin Simonato, Christophe Bernard and Anthony Deslias are motorcycle enthusiasts.

But one day, an accident permanently deprived them of their mobility. Paraplegic or amputee, they nevertheless chose to overcome their handicap and get back on a motorcycle to compete. But how and why forgive a machine that has so cruelly diminished his life?

There is a gap between the world of the able-bodied and the disabled. But focusing on the difference is the worst way to approach the subject. The main thing is the common points. What brings us together, what makes us resemble each other, beyond the dictates of the image. Why always be judged by so-called “normality”? People who we dare call “special” are condemned for life to be better.

They must make us forget their anomalies, their flaws, their breaches, their inabilities, their atrophies, to become extrahuman. However, Stéphane and his pilot friends no longer want to be seen as exceptional people, nor as unfortunates. In this world where you absolutely have to stand out from the crowd, they only claim the right to be considered like everyone else. And their story shows us once again that to be happy, whatever our particularities, only passion and will count.
