Maverick, fantastic job managing like this until the end! How difficult was it?

Maverick Vinales : “It was a very tough race. This morning the grip had dropped a lot after the rain and we knew the race was going to be difficult. But we played our cards and we knew that the hard tire was going to give me a little extra during the first 20 laps. I gave everything and today the best thing was to get to this place. Honestly, I'm very happy because we worked very well throughout the weekend. I had a good start and even gained places, which is always good for me. I have to thank the team because they worked very hard. We have progressed in regularity, in time and in positions. Fighting for 2nd place today was our goal. I chose the hard tire and took a gamble, but regardless, I'm very happy. We go on vacation with the very good feeling that we can be strong, so I am very happy and very content. The fans are fantastic here at Sachsenring and it's great to be on the podium again! ".
