If FP1 had not been of immense interest due to a drying track (best lap in 1'46), on the other hand FP2 took place at a very high pace, with Fabio di Giannantonio lapping faster than Locatelli's lap record of 1'42.620. On this Saturday morning, the air temperature for the third free practice session was 22° and that of the track was 19°. The route was completely dry.
