We will not find Dani Pedrosa this weekend at Sepang, having undergone collarbone surgery since free practice for a Japanese Grand Prix where he had to withdraw. He will be replaced by Hiroshi Aoyama, as in Japan, after having been replaced by Nicky Hayden in Australia. But at Ducati, the return of the official rider is on the agenda with, for sure, we will have an Iannone on its official D16. The proof of what was until now onlya rumor with these two photos: a heartbreaking goodbye to the sweetheart and a flight to Malaysia.

One photo that we owe to himself and the other to his brother who is very active on social networks. Iannone took the plane to Malaysia where he will experience his penultimate Grand Prix with the Ducati. Jo the Maniac had to give up his place on the Borgo Panigale motorcycle because of a vertebra damaged in a fall in Misano. A misfortune which brought happiness to Barbera who, in Japan and Australia, experienced the privilege of an official pilot's existence.

Iannone missed four Grands Prix. Winner in Austria this year, the only Ducati victory since 2010 to date, he slipped to ninth overall with 96 points. Next year, he will compete on the Suzuki alongsidealex rins.
