The route of Silverstone is located in Great Britain just like a Hinkley factory which is none other than the pride of the United Kingdom in terms of motorcycle production: Triumph. Or the same manufacturer who will supply the Moto2 engine from next year. The national meeting of the Grand Prix calendar is therefore the perfect opportunity to assert yourself as a full member of the party. And Triumph has decided to pull out all the stops…

First there was this visit to the coat of arms factory, in which seven Moto2 riders took part:  Sam Lowes, Danny Kent, John McPhee, Luca marini, Isaac Vinales, Joe Roberts et Bo Bendsneyder. They saw the 765cc three-cylinder engine derived from the Street Triple RS model working on the dyno. Stronger than the current Honda 600 from the CBR and which will take a well-deserved retirement after a career that began in 2010, this English firepower will have a unique Magneti Marelli electronic control unit which will manage traction and engine braking.

But that's not all. Thanks to Triumph, we will be able to see again James Toseland with leather and helmet. The former Superbike World Champion from 2004 and 2007 will ride with a Moto2 opus decorated in the colors of the manufacturer which also donated enough to raise the auctions organized for the Two Wheels for Life cause.
