By entering MotoGP, KTM has embarked on a very difficult challenge by providing the necessary financial and human resources.

The sessions, private and official, follow one another at a more than sustained pace (the KTM team was still on the Catalunya circuit yesterday) and, from week to week, the RC16 receives new elements and progresses to, today , often appearing regularly in the top 10 in the hands of Pol Espargaro.

New engine, new frame, carbon swingarm, new WP suspensions, new tank-saddle assembly, new fairing, recently everything has gone through it, to only talk about what you can touch with your hands, but if the electronics are obviously not not to be outdone.

In short, a lot of in-depth work although generally invisible from the pit lane, sometimes carried out in several directions depending on whether it is Pol Espargaro, John Zarco ou Dani Pedrosa.

And then, from time to time, a visible element appears “to get your teeth into”, like the one seized by our friend and colleague Peter McLaren who officiates for the British site crash.net.

You don't see any difference in this new fairing? Look at the mudguard...
