During the last private test carried out at the Barcelona-Catalunya circuit last Wednesday, Jorge Lorenzo had the opportunity to try aerodynamic appendages that meet the current philosophy used by Yamaha and Honda.

Thinner and smaller, they fit completely into what will likely be the 2019 regulations explained by Danny Aldridge (See here).

As for judging their effectiveness, this is obviously why we carry out these tests during a private test, since there is then no obligation to use approved equipment. Let's see if they appear one day in the race...

Note also the new support at the level of the tank and knees, intended to prevent fatigue in the arms of the Mallorcan driver after a few laps.
