Sunday Ride Classic 2024, a 15th edition marked by records!
The organizing team had promised 15 renowned riders for the 15th anniversary of the Sunday Ride Classic 2024. In fact, it will be 23 world-class riders (all GP or WSBK or WEC riders of different generations until today 'today) who will be present during the weekend of May 18/19, 2024 at the Circuit Paul Ricard.
If we were to only remember the “surprises” of this star-studded casting (28 World titles grouped together during the weekend):
Raymond RocheDouble Endurance and Superbike World Champion), Stéphane Chambon, Didier De Radiguès, Regis Laconi, or even plain Alan Techer, Giacomo Agostini, Christian Sarron, etc ...
Note for the youngest that the duo Roche – Sarron was the equivalent at the highest world level (Grand Prix 500) of our current duo Quartararo – Zarco in the 80s. Reunited at the Sunday Ride Classic 2024, Raymond and Christian will share the track for the first time aboard two Grand Prix Yamaha 2s!
It will therefore be an immense pleasure for the public to be able to find on one and the same event 23 World riders having raced in Grand Prix, World Superbike or World Endurance for a total of 28 World titles
