Andy Verdoïa, 17, from Nice, finished fourth in the Supersport 300 World Championship and 1st Yamaha rider. In 2020, Andy will move up to the 600cc class in the Spanish MS Racing bLU cRU Junior Team.

The desire of Eric de Seynes (Director of Yamaha Europe) and Yamaha Racing is to bring the best Yamaha rider in the 300 category to the high level. The GMT94 wishes to encourage and reward the best French drivers from national and international sectors. The rider spotted by a certain Christian Sarron (250cc World Champion), will benefit from the support of the bLu cRu project, and from Yamaha who will propel him into the Supersport world championship. Andy VerdoÏa will also have the support of Christophe and Rémi Guyot, as well as their entire team. From Luca Cersosimo and Marcus Delestre (3rd and 4th in the Yamaha Challenge in 300cc Promosport) to Andy Verdoïa (600cc World Championship), via Florent Tourné (winner of the 1000 promosports 2019), Martin Renaudin and Maximilien Bau (French Supersport Champion 600cc), the GMT94 consolidates its commitment to young people.
