Ducati recorded strong growth in the first 6 months of 2021, with more than 34 motorcycles sold worldwide. According to the press release from the Bologna factory, June was a record month, with 485 motorcycles sold, allowing the company to record an increase in sales volume of 8% compared to 598.

“The month of June was the best ever recorded for the company, confirming the positive trend started with the excellent second half of 2020 and with the significant growth of the first quarter of this year 2021. Despite the great complexity recorded in the sectors of supply and transport, with delays in deliveries and a scarcity of various raw materials, as well as the difficulties generated by the numerous confinements experienced during these first six months in various parts of the world, Ducati has recorded truly significant growth, exceeding pre-Covid values by almost 10%,” said Francesco Milicia, Director of Global Sales and After-Sales Service of the Borgo Panigale brand.

Australia led the sales volume increases with growth of 82%, followed by Italy at 55%, Japan at 53% and North America at 51%.

Interestingly, the Multistrada V4 continues to receive the highest demand, especially thanks to its all-new radar technology. Then follow the all-new Monster, arriving in April, then the Scrambler 800 and the Streetfighter V4.
