Chinese-made motorcycles have made a lot of noise in recent months, particularly with CIMA (China International Motorcycle), which took place in mid-September, and during which many models intended for the Chinese domestic market were unveiled, and may -Being also in the global market, almost every Chinese motorcycle manufacturer has presented something for 2022. Although not everything deserves our attention, a few motorcycles are worth a look, especially for their unique style and impressive performance.

Ultimately, the hype would extend well beyond CIMA, as CFMoto recently revealed a concept sports car that could very well be the most capable machine developed in China. CFMoto has clearly shown flexibility lately, with some truly impressive new models like the 700 CL-X Sport and the 800 MT. Following up on the company's partnership with KTM, it's clear that CFMoto has stepped up its game, not only in terms of build quality and reliability, but also overall performance.

On October 16, 2021, CFMoto presented a very interesting upcoming model on social networks : a sports car, even a hyper sports car, which resembles nothing that has been seen before in the Chinese manufacturer's catalog. Very little has been revealed about the machine, other than the fact that it was designed by the company's R&D team in Europe. Its name: SR-C21 Vision Concept. Looking closely at the released renders, it's clear that this machine is performance-focused in the company's lineup currently occupied by the 300SR and 250SR. It is almost certain that this new sports car will offer much more performance than a simple 250cc.

A closer look at the images reveals completely racing-focused features, with rear-set controls and a beautifully designed single-sided swingarm. However, the choice that CFMoto will make to power this motorcycle is still unknown. It is more than likely that we will find a KTM developed engine under the fairings of this motorcycle, perhaps the V-twin with a displacement of 990cc which equipped the KTM 990 Super Duke, an engine which CFMoto acquired the rights to give following its partnership with the Austrian manufacturer.
