At Ducati, its success is such that it is not a motorcycle in the range. No. It's definitely a brand in itself. This is the Scrambler which is, incidentally, the best-selling series among the machines leaving the Italian factory. As a result, we exploit the vein in Borgo Panigale. Two new variations are in fact approaching.

Since its introduction in 2014, the Ducati Scrambler has continued to grow stronger. And it looks like the Icon, Cafe Racer, Desert Sled, Full Throttle, Sixty2, 1100, 1100 Special and 1100 Sport are about to be joined by two new models for 2020: the Ducati Scrambler 1100 Pro and the Ducati Scrambler 1100 Sport Pro.

Le 1100 Sport, focused on performance, is already part of the range. So the big question is what will be different on the two new machines. The information found confirms that the new models will share the same 86 hp, 1 cc air-cooled engine as the current 079. It is therefore likely that the latest arrivals will be a little more targeted, or even perhaps a little more exclusive.

Ducati thus signals that it intends to respond with another Scrambler, but with a capacity of 1200cc while being stamped Triumph. We won't have to wait too long for what happens next. The bikes are expected to be revealed on October 23 alongside the new Ducati Streetfighter V4 and Panigale 959...
