The latest CBR1000RR-R Fireblade is one of the star machines of the last Milan show. The heart of the Japanese, a 999,7 cm3 in-line four-cylinder with supersquare fundamental dimensions identical to the RC213V promising the “trifle” of 160 kW at 14 rpm, or a little more than 500 horsepower for 217 kilos (in operating order)… in short, a weapon listing the best currently available using noble materials such as titanium present in particular in the connecting rods and caps while the connecting rod ends are made of berylium copper.
