While the Mondial de la Moto opened its doors to the public on October 4 and will continue until October 14, bringing hundreds of thousands of visitors to the capital, the Paris City Hall has just struck again very hard yesterday morning by removing hundreds of 2 Motorized Wheels parked around the show.
Madame Hidalgo once again sanctions users of 2 Motorized Wheels in a discriminatory manner!
The height of irony is that the Mondial de la Moto, intended to promote mobility and 2WD which, let us remember, is one of the only answers to the problem of urban congestion, sees a large part of its visitors penalized.
It is a shame that Paris City Hall rejected the turnkey solution proposed by the FFMC Movement which, on a voluntary basis, would have organized outdoor motorcycle parking.
Furthermore, let us remember that parking spaces for 2WD vehicles are sorely lacking everywhere in Paris.
The FFM and the FFMC denounce such actions by Paris City Hall which go against common sense and which will lead to many motorcyclists and scooter riders deserting the appointment given to them.
