Moto Guzzi celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2021. While the Mandello Del Lario-based brand took the opportunity to do a retrospective, it also hinted at a new model under development, photos of which leaked during the official shoot near Lake Como in Italy. From now on, it is an official video which presents the V100 Mandello.

As we approach the final quarter of 2021, Moto Guzzi has looked to the future, revealing some details about the all-new V100 Mandello. However, even if the images are sublime, no technical information, concerning price or availability has been leaked. Moto Guzzi plans the full presentation of the model on November 23, 2021, during the opening day of EICMA 2021.

Commemorating Moto Guzzi's centenary, the V100 engine ushers the brand into a new era. Given the nomenclature, many assume that the liquid-cooled V-twin will have a displacement of around 1 cc and produce between 000 and 110 horsepower. Of course, we will have to wait for the official presentation to confirm the figures.

In addition to the diving drone shots and the majestic eagle landing, the video also highlights the active aerodynamics of the V100 Mandello. As the motorcycle's speed increases, the screen automatically moves, while two side appendages open to manage oncoming airflow.

In addition to Moto Guzzi's own channels, Italian media were given an exclusive preview of the new machine during a special press conference. The V100 on display also revealed a top-of-the-line variant with Ohlins semi-active suspension. However, both versions should be equipped with Brembo braking systems and Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tires. Many are also planning a quickshifter, but it's unclear whether this will be standard equipment or an option.

Moto Guzzi may have anticipated its full unveiling which is due to take place at EICMA 2021, but the V100 Mandello is already a great start to the brand's next 100 years.
