Online shopping has been a game-changer for many people, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. Businesses have rushed to establish an online presence in order to attract more customers. By effectively turning our smartphones into mobile stores, brands are now able to connect much more deeply with their customers. You can literally buy anything on the Internet, even motorcycles. This is the case of Suzuki in France which has now set up its own online platform.

Between 2019 and 2021, the share of online commerce in France increased from 9,8% to 13,4%. Suzuki is taking advantage of this and has opted for online sales of its motorcycles, with the entire range of models available for reservation via its new fully digital platform: Smart Buy Suzuki. In fact, online motorcycle reservations and sales already exist, mainly for models produced in limited series. We also saw Ducati marketing its Scrambler Hashtag only via the internet four years ago

Suzuki, for its part, seeks to improve the purchasing experience of its consumers. To this end, she launched Smart Buy Suzuki, an online store. The French division of the Japanese manufacturer offers its customers the opportunity to reserve their new motorcycle and be put in touch with the dealer of their choice via this entirely digital service.

There you can find all the models in the Suzuki range, whether production models, the latest new products, pre-orders for future models or even special editions. To reserve your motorcycle, simply go to the platform, select the model of your choice, its dealership and pay a deposit of €500. The dealer will then contact you within two days to finalize the purchase and organize delivery.
