Suzuki will be present at Autolook Week Torino, the automobile festival which will take place from September 7 to 11: two Hayabusa GP editions in the colors of their MotoGP prototype, the GSX-RR, will appear.

In Turin, on the occasion of the Centenary of the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza and its Formula 1 Grand Prix, Autolook Week Torino will take place from September 7 to 11, an event dedicated to engines: Formula 1 single-seaters, cars rally and endurance cars, many exclusive models will leave major collections and official museums on this special occasion. Among other things, each vehicle on display will be equipped with a unique QR code, which will allow fans to connect to a dedicated page and discover its characteristics and history.

History which, in the case of Suzuki and its victories in competitions, will be present with in particular the GSX-RR used this year by Alex Rins in MotoGP and also motorcycles protagonists of memorable pages in the history of motorcycling, such as the legendary Suzuki RG500 of Team Gallina which led Marco Lucchinelli and Franco Uncini, World Champions of the highest category in 1981 and 1982 respectively, to victory in the 500 World Championship.

 

 

These three motorcycles will be on display in Piazza San Carlo in Turin during the Autolook week and to keep company with the trio of competition motorcycles, two examples of Hayabusa customized with Akrapovic exhausts and with an exclusive Ecstar Team livery in colors and graphics of its official drivers will be presented: these are 2 Hayabusa GP Edition.

 

 

It is unclear whether the Hayabusa duo will be a one-off or whether it could result in limited series production, similar to that offered on the GSX-R1000R and GSX-R125.
