The receiver, BDO, in charge of Norton announces that it has potential buyers. The latter would have significant interests in the English brand. Despite poor management by Stuart Garner, his financial arrangements that could be described as rock'n'roll, harming a few hundred English retirees due to fraudulent arrangements, Norton Motorcycle could still find a buyer and continue to exist.
If there is a buyer, naming it today is pure speculation but we hope that the latter will find the means to give a breath of fresh air to the manufacturer who, remember, was to release a Superlight SS in 2020. A 650 only offered in single-seater version in ultra limited series since 50 machines should have left the assembly lines…
