Obviously, the reaction was quick and Alex Lowes reduced the gap to 7 tenths a few minutes later despite a few small drops of rain.

Before 15 p.m., Scott Redding however managed to get very close to Toprak Razgatlioglu thanks to a time of 1'41.407 which placed him 2 tenths behind the Turkish driver.
But at 15:05 p.m., the cannibal Jonathan Rhea was the fastest in 1'40.983 on his 19th lap.
A little half an hour later, his teammate Alex Lowes was surprised and made a mistake. His Kawasaki was badly damaged.

With the rain continuing, things will stay there, effectively ending this first test two hours before the track closes.
Aside from Monday in Barcelona for Kawasaki, the next test will take place in Portimão on January 26-27.
En Supersport, Federico Fuligni was the fastest, like yesterday and after only doing 10 very slow laps during the morning. It precedes the two Yamaha GMT94s by Jules cluzel et Corentin Perolari.
