“I have it as a fact that Audi, the brand that controls Ducati, made him a great offer.”

This statement by Giacomo Agostini attributed to the Italian site quotidiano.net and reported by the site MotoGP.com undermines the words of Jorge Lorenzo who declared that he only had one offer from Yamaha.
