Valencia MotoGP FP2: Quartararo does it again, Zarco in Q2, Rossi in Q1 while waiting for tomorrow

The cool morning of this Friday in Valencia had put Fabio Quartararo ahead of his rival for the title of best independent driver of the year, Jack Miller.
