The 2016 season is dead, long live the 2017 offseason! And in MotoGP, the transition happens as quickly as a lap record: lights go out on Sunday evening and the new setting gets underway the following Tuesday. Here is a reminder of the new squad who will make their first appearances today in Valencia.

Let's start with those who will be the object of all attention: the Ducati couple Lorenzo under the direction of Cristian Gabarrini, formerly of Casey Stoner and who returns to the reds after a Honda period. Borgo Panigale has promised the supply of two GP17s to its two drivers, machines which will have to do without fins just like the GP16s and other GP15s which will be made available to the satellite teams of the transalpine brand.

At Yamaha, we will not remain anonymous with the installation of Maverick Vinales next to Valentino Rossi. The two men, and especially the last, are waiting for what the new M1 will be made of. Among Tech3 allies, youth will take precedence with Johann zarco et Jonas Folger who will make their debut among the elite.

At Honda, on the drivers side, we do not change a winning team, but we will note the person of Giacomo Guidotti next to Dani Pedrosa to groom staff. Otherwise, we are waiting for something on the engine side for the RC213V. To follow, but also to listen!

Aprilia will leave with a new duo composed ofAleix Espargaro and Sam Lowes wheras'Eugene Laverty will be there to support the RS-GP before focusing on the RSV4 Superbike. At KTM, we will continue the program with Espargaro Pol et Bradley Smith.

Let's end with Suzuki which will open a new era with Andrea Iannone et alex rins who will become familiar with the GSX-RR. For the latest city to come from Moto2, we can see that his destiny was written since childhood... These tests take place this Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 17 p.m. 23 pilots will be on the go.
