Video: Tonight, Valentino Rossi wins the Americana in Tavullia

As a prelude to the now traditional “100 km of champions” which will take place tomorrow at Valentino Rossi's MotoRanch in Tavullia, and for which we now have the list of participants (see below), the Americana took place this evening, a race also held at the Yamaha rider's private circuit.

While the “100 km of champions” pits pairs of drivers against each other, the Americana competes solo and, at the end of the various elimination heats, a quartet made up of Valentino Rossi, Nicolo Bulega, Lorenzo Baldassarri and Stefano Manzi found himself in the final.

And it is in this order that they crossed the finish line in this sort of warm-up for tomorrow's big race.

This year, Luca marini will only be a spectator due to some shoulder problems which will soon be resolved by surgery, so, for the occasion, the Doctor will this time team up with Franco Morbidelli, one of the 2 winners of the 2017 edition with Mattia Pasini.
