Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa are, with the Tech3 riders, the only ones who have not yet ridden in MotoGP at the Red Bull Ring.

The Honda drivers nevertheless share with you their impressions on an Austrian track illustrated by this video taken on board their RC213V-S as standard.

Dani Pedrosa: “It's a short circuit, but it's quite interesting because its width changes a lot, with very wide parts and narrower parts. The most difficult thing is that there is only one line, which makes overtaking difficult. There are 2 or 3 places where the braking is quite strong and where you can still overtake because the track is wide. The track has more right turns than left, but above all, there is a large part where the bike takes turns. It only brakes really hard in two turns. It’s nice to see how you go up the hill before coming back down.”

Marc Marquez: “It’s a pretty nice circuit. In some ways it reminds me of Austin because you have to brake hard before turning the bike suddenly, then there's the last part which is faster. I think it's a good circuit for the World Championship and I'm looking forward to racing there with MotoGP. When you come to a weekend at a new circuit it’s different and you have to be able to adapt as quickly as possible.”
