It was Casey Stoner himself who presented on stage the new Ducati Panigale V4 Speciale which marks a revolution in the history of the Italian manufacturer with the replacement of the twin-cylinder by a 4-cylinder V.
The influence of competition is undeniable, and the image of Ducati is thus modified. There is a standard V4 (214 hp at 13 rpm, 000 kg dry, €175), an “S” and above all a Special version equipped with Öhlins suspensions instead of the Showa and Sachs elements of the standard , an Akrapovic exhaust system, magnesium parts, lightweight wheels and an Alcantara saddle. Thanks to the exhaust, we reach 22 horsepower, and the price is €490.
