Thank you very much to each of you. But what science fiction journey have I been on?

Like so many things, you think it will never happen to you... Then one day on the contrary, for various reasons, the little man in your brain starts giving you signals and asking you strange questions that you try to answer. first of all to ignore in every way… During the press conference, I tried to make my motivation understood, it was not easy. I hadn't written anything down, but I just opened my heart and let it speak.

As soon as I finished I felt free, I needed to go out to relax my mind and soul, now I can enjoy my R1 every lap. After a few hours I started receiving hundreds/thousands of messages and started an incredible mental journey. I never realized that I had done so much and left little marks in so many different lives.

I felt like a winner, perhaps the best victory of knowing that I was in the hearts of people who appreciate you for your qualities and your faults. And they saw in me a reference for difficult times. I too went through a lot but I never gave up. When I got up, I set real goals for myself and worked hard to achieve them. Meanwhile, I was dreaming about where I could go...

Now, in my own way, I will continue to share all my experience accumulated over more than 20 years of racing. Already at the end of the year I will have free theoretical lessons on everything related to racing: Technique, technical, mental and physical preparation. I want to open up and convey to you everything that a pilot jealously guards (info and registration on [email protected]). Whoever wants it, will have the opportunity to take to the track with me with the R3, and can already do it now, but next year I will have more time to share deeper racing experiences with you.

Now I'm in Laguna Seca, after a sci-fi trip. In Milan, the British baggage conveyor didn't work, the flight attendants didn't care, and the fact is that the flight to London was 2 hours late and I would have missed the connection to San Francisco, but I I was already in the terminal. I did the math as soon as I had confirmation that I would never arrive in America, I looked for a new flight to buy, all overbooked.

Finally, I found an economy class flight at the business price… Yes, but the two suitcases?!?!?!!!!!! Nobody knows where they are... And I'm leaving without... I arrive in America and the suitcases are in London, so, in the meantime, I'm looking for at least a pair of underwear and two socks. I arrive at the hotel at midnight on Wednesday really cooked. Now it's 6 a.m. Thursday, already awake from jet lag, and I'm going to have to go get some pants and a sweatshirt. Then, straight to the circuit to forget everything and think about riding a motorbike for fun!

I thank you all very much. Good weekend to all !
